What counts as a seat?
Every active member of the organization takes one seat. Pending invitations and invite-link capacity also reserve seats until the invite expires, is revoked, or is accepted.
Do you offer refunds?
Upgrades and seat increases are charged immediately and non-refundable; downgrades and seat decreases apply at period rollover with no refund issued.
Is my data encrypted?
